More About Me…

As a lifelong learner and adventurer, I have a deep desire to learn about other people, cultures, perspectives, and skills.

This desire has led me to pursue my career at the intersection of teaching, learning, and strategic development β€” with a deep commitment to advancing human learning and development by building favorable environments where everyone thrives.

I value human learning and transformation, and I am persistent in promoting discovery-based, agency-driven, and reflection-oriented learning as key ingredients of human flourishing and fulfillment. I believe in the power of multiple perspectives and adopt a participatory approach in developing learning experiences that allow looking at a problem from multiple angles.

My approach is informed by and bridges participatory educational policy analysis, knowledge mobilization, and organizational transformation in addition to ethnographic skills to work with communities, cultures, and lived experiences to inform design decisions.

I prioritize learner-centred design by conducting thorough learner analysis to inform my development process. As a school-based learning experience designer, I gather data on learners' backgrounds, needs, and interests to create relatable and motivating learning experiences, resulting in higher engagement and true bridging of knowledge and skill gaps.
